Our Story

The beginnings
Uvita 360 was founded by Alvaro “Tito” Azofeifa in 2000. As a young surfer and adventurer Tito decided to create a local surf school in Uvita, Costa Rica. The business was available only on weekends as he was a high school student by the moment. On 2005, he started a Bachelor English Teaching at “Universidad Latina de Costa Rica” as english was a must for tourism. At the same time Stand up paddling and Kayaking is introduced as a perfect option for water tours on a community that was growing up touristicaly.
